Our Story

2008

Foundation of edenfx HSE Recruitment
edenfx launched in New Zealand, founded on over 25 years of HSE leadership and a commitment to delivering specialist Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Risk recruitment across APAC.

2012

Expansion into Construction & Infrastructure
As a result of client’s wants, Hard Hat Recruits was established as a sister company, focused on recruiting skilled personnel in energy, utilities, civil, rail, oil & gas, construction, and engineering sectors.

2019

Growth of recruitHRpeople
The group further diversified with the launch of recruitHRpeople, specialising in HR permanent recruitment and executive search, supporting organisations with sustainable talent outcomes.

2024

Integration into HSE Global
In December, edenfx HSE was acquired by HSE Global, creating a seamless ecosystem combining recruitment, consulting, training, mentoring, and workforce planning to deliver comprehensive APAC solutions.
