Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in high-risk manufacturing, with a strong focus on health and safety. Her H&S journey began when she was “volunteered” onto the safety committee, which led to managing small teams in fast-paced, audit-driven environments within New Zealand and Australian-owned companies serving global clients. As a long-standing team member of edenfx, Amanda has spent the past 10 years recruiting across industries, from Advisor to Manager level. She is known for building trusted, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. Amanda takes great pride in aligning the right people with the right organisations, ensuring they bring value while feeling genuinely valued in return. A proud mum to two kids (plus two furry ones), her dream is to one day open an animal sanctuary.
